Terms of Service — Solutti Pages

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Solutti Pages (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Solutti (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

Solutti Pages is an AI-powered landing page builder designed for tradesmen and service professionals. The Service allows you to generate, publish, and manage landing pages that capture leads for your business. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

Keep your Google account credentials secure
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
Provide accurate business information when creating landing pages
Be the actual owner or authorized representative of the business you represent

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Tier

The Free tier allows you to generate landing pages using AI at no cost. Free-tier pages remain in draft mode and are not publicly published. You may generate up to the stated number of AI pages per account on the Free tier.

Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription unlocks public publishing, unlimited AI-generated pages, custom domain support, and removal of the Solutti watermark. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
Impersonate another person or business
Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or obscene
Violate any intellectual property rights
Attempt to circumvent plan limits, access controls, or security measures
Use the Service in any way that could harm the platform or other users
Create pages for businesses involved in illegal activities

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms without notice.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service (business name, descriptions, images). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and serve that content as part of operating the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload, including images, and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses Google's Gemini AI to generate landing page copy based on the business details you provide. AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated copy before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

8. Custom Domains

Custom domain support is available on the Pro plan. You are responsible for owning or having authorization to use any domain you connect to the Service. We are not responsible for DNS configuration errors or domain registrar issues. Connecting a custom domain may take time to propagate depending on your DNS provider.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT IT WILL BE ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLUTTI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that could harm the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your landing pages will no longer be publicly accessible, and your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
